J.O.F.E.L.D.T.A Taxi Association has announced fare increases effective 1 June 2026 from Alberton North to Johannesburg, Bloemfontein, Botshabelo, Maseru, Ficksburg, Welkom, Van Rooyen Gate, Butha-Buthe and Sasolburg.
JOFELDTA Alberton North long-distance fare update
The JOFELDTA notice dated 14 May 2026 confirms new fares effective 1 June 2026 for Alberton North long-distance routes into Free State, Lesotho-border and Gauteng corridors.
This update strengthens AftaRobot search coverage for Bloemfontein, Wepener, Manyatseng/Ladybrand, Ficksburg, Fouriesburg and nearby Free State long-distance corridors. Cross-province destinations are mapped to their true provinces where possible, while Lesotho border routes are kept under the Free State search area for commuter discovery.
